Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order after you have placed it. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.

Can you exchange items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour for an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you re-order the same item in a different colour or size, we can guarantee that you will keep any discount that may have been given on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Orders placed on this store can be shipped to Europe and North America. For delivery to other countries, please contact us.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is free in the United States and Canada on purchases over $70. Otherwise, the shipping fee is $9.

What delivery methods do you offer?

Shipping is via Canada Post parcel service. We offer delivery to your home address.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, it is not mandatory. But it is highly recommended, it will allow you to track your orders for example.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is handled by the Shopify company. Your data is completely secure
